Out of 9-12, idra was seeded the farthest (for making top 2 of his group) Does that make him 9th place? 9th place gets 490 points while 12th gets 400

I really wish people would stop acting like Korea is some magical land that pumps out talented players. You don't need to go to Korea to train and get better. All it is is diligent, smart practice and discussion. Not 3 hours a day, 1/3 of which is streaming ladder games. The notion that "it's all because of Korean training," is absurd. That kind of work/training ethic can be applied anywhere.

Milkis is most well known for his EN v EN matchup but he showed that he has spending a lot of practice time; possibly with Phosgene, on his KR v EN matchup. The improvement is impressive :p

MMA/BoxeR/DRG/MVP can't be awarded a Code A spot because they entered MLG through GSL player exchange, rest of the koreans can. That means GanZi has secured a Code A spot already. Also, currently MMA/GanZi/DRG/BoxeR are the candidates for the Code S spot.

Um, who said anything about Moon being bad. I said he won the straight up games and lost when he all-inned stupidly, and I doubt anyone thinks that Moon is better versus P than Bomber.

Yep, 100%) - Sjow, Slush, Ret, Idra (Can only see Sjow taking it) - Haypro, Socke, Sheth, Kiwikai (No on Haypro and Sheth. Maybe Socke and Kiwi?) - Cruncher, TLO, Select, Moonan (Yes on Moonan and maybe Select as well) So probably Ganzi, Moonan, and one of Sjow/Socke/Kiwi/Select. But Ganzi isn't eligible I think ?

If it is someone else with code S already he will have it guaranteed. If it is someone like DRG or MMA then he will need to win the whole thing.

He can. He wasn't a Korean-invite. Boxer, DRG, and MMA can't win it since they were seeded into the pools. Ganzi won his way up from the open bracket, so he can take the Code A spot.

It's just not true. Foreigners want to see foreigners do well. It's a big deal to a lot of people to see our own get completely shut out in brutal fashion. That is actually not universally the case. Many 'foreigners' inc myself root for koreans over foreign players.

I think i went pale watching game 3 On such a small map like Xel Naga, against an opponent that plays just perfect, zerg is doomed I guess. On bigger maps where the Zerg has an easier time expanding and his counter attacks are much more of a threat, it's a different story. ![]()

Idk maybe I'm wrong but I didn't think those mutas did jack shit in that game 3 and were a total waste. yeah counter attacks dont mean shit when the terran has perfect macro and another army waiting by the time his push reaches zerg
