Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you.

That just means your not a real football fan.

I like baseball but I'm not a Yankee fan.

Guess I'm not a baseball fan.

Darn.
you're not, koreans can offer the best starcraft in the world right now , if you're not interested in watching high quality games because you wanted that foreigners, with lower quality games to duke it out, you're not a starcraft fan.
personalities are important dont get me wrong but they dont mean everything

All non-Yankee fans aren't fans of baseball.

Got it.

No, it's more like someone being more interested in high school baseball over MLB.

You can watch a game because you like rooting for a team or you can watch a game because you like watching the game (obviously most people are a combination of both).

People who only like to root for "their" team don't care who is playing besides that. But a lot of people do just like to see good play. The NFL Superbowl has something like 100 million people watch it because it's a good game and they like football, not just because they like the teams in it.

I can understand people getting mad that their "Team" (or player) is losing, that happens all the time. But they really shouldn't be complaining about it. That would be more like complaining that the yankees are in baseball and in the world series again instead of saying that not liking the yankees means you don't like baseball.
thanks god there are some brained people surfing the internet

It's a shame really and they don't know any better. A lot of younglings too.

Gah, foreigner really need to step up their game. HuK and Naniwa are the only ones to get even close and HuK trains in Korea...

On another note, gogo Boxer!

No, Ganzi will get an Code A invite. He was not invited by GOMTV/GSL so he gets a Code A invite thanks to that.

According to MLG's announcement, only non-koreans can get code A.

And he got it, 2 - 0 by Huk in pool play . He probably didn't want to play an extended series for so little of a result difference.

personalities are important dont get me wrong but they dont mean everything

I'd also like to add that Starcraft:BW and Starcraft 2 have a major difference in that in starcraft 2 people shouldnt worry about "Korean vs. Foreigner" even tho this is fun to have a rivalry from SC:BW the big thing is that SC2 is a INTERNATIONAL game and not seperated by nationalities unlike BW where koreans lived in korea and foreigners never saw/heard from them other than in streams watching OSL/MSL guys just enjoy the games they will be epic. Who cares if top 6 is korean they share the same passion we do. So the big thing im trying to say is: Why can't we all be "starcraft 2 players"?

lol good luck convincing the people who say, "no foreigners in MLG = i'm not watching MLG anymore"

Homestory Cup 3?

Dreamhack Summer 10?

Jetlag?

Both won by HuK, who flew from... Oh yeah, Korea.

He had an extremely lucky path through Dreamhack though. Would've gone quite different if he was facing Bomber instead of Moon, and even then Huk played kind of bad in the finals and just died when he didn't have Moon do retarded all-ins.

Get out with your logic and thinking

People still calling Moon bad again its like Rain this tournament, some players are always bad no matter what it seems.

Goddamnit Naniwa...

LOL I guess he didn't wanna be embarrassed.

More like he didn't want to play an extended series for almost nothing. Remember he is 0-2 down against Huk so has to win 7 games without loosing 2, Guess he doesn't think he can now and just wants to relax now that he is out.

The Code S spot is still up for grabs. I love Boxer, but I don't think he can beat MVP. If Boxer does lose to MVP, then here's the situation.

The winner of Rain and Ganzi plays the winner of MMA and DRG.

The winner of that match plays Boxer.

The winner of that match gets a Code S spot.

This may be a bit more complicated because I don't believe Rain wants (or maybe isn't eligible?) a Code S spot.

wait so if boxer wins this, not only does he go into the finals but he ALSO get a code s spot?!!

What happens in those games is that Zerg has trouble getting a third quickly because it's hard for them to defend against the bf hellions.

I think this is where the quick infestor style really helps. Going for roaches is problematic because they're terrible against strong terran tank/marine pushes. 2-base muta, meanwhile, is very expensive on a map where a small group of marines with stim can defend the terran competently.

Infestor/ling is very strong until siege tanks come into play and as such effectively slows the terran army down. Getting the spire during/after the 3rd base should still allow mutas to be massed around the first *strong* tank push.

DRG played really well with the cards he was dealt, but I think IMMvp has completely figured out the ling/bling/muta style on maps like Xel'Naga Caverns and Metalopolis.
