Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you.

Milkis spawning in the middle position, JP on the eastern position.

A fast translation from Milkis into Korean but a slight delay back into English.

Milkis finishes the KR -> EN and hits the EN -> KR with an EPIC timing! Mvp responds in a gosu fashion and JP is left wide open. Milkis swoops in with a gosu translation about Mvp loving BoxeR and JP is left with no more question producing structures. He squeezes one last attack but Milkis is prepared and with the aid of Mvp, JP is forced to GG

lmao wtf?

Naniwa forfeits?

Are you serious? What's with his attitude these past 3 days. Man, that's so disappointing

Well it's understandable that he's beating himself up after losing those games (especially the 2nd with not scouting the gold the entire game) and that he doesn't really care about 7th or 8th place right now.

If MVP > Boxer, then whoever vs. Boxer (if it isn't Rain) in the semifinals will determine Code S.

Only Boxer, DRG, MMA and Ganzi can win Code S.

I think you need to play like a Terran that's playing a Zerg to beat MVP in ZvT. If you don't pressure him a lot he will macro like a fucking monster. But I can't think of a way to actually pressure him without falling behind in macro.

That just means your not a real football fan.

I like baseball but I'm not a Yankee fan.

Guess I'm not a baseball fan.

Darn.
you're not, koreans can offer the best starcraft in the world right now , if you're not interested in watching high quality games because you wanted that foreigners, with lower quality games to duke it out, you're not a starcraft fan.
personalities are important dont get me wrong but they dont mean everything

All non-Yankee fans aren't fans of baseball.

Got it.

Clearly not.

MLG:
Naniwa and Huk were in contention for 7th and 8th Place, and Naniwa has just forfeited. He takes 8th, Huk takes 7th.

Why would he forfeit? Exhaustion?

Naniwa is an all or nothing kind of guy, he would be very annoyed at himself for not winning and could care less about a 7th/8th match.

Naniwa would have to win 4 games to get in 7th which (iirc) doesn't have any increase in prize money. Naniwa also doesn't gain any position in MLG point standings, so there really is no point to play for him.

You're saying you'd rather watch two teams from your home country in the league below (lets say championship in UK)... Than watch two of the best teams in the world from different countries.

You'd rather watch: burnley vs watford than barcelona vs inter milan (contreversial but we'll stick with those two teams.)

I'm a big fan of the championship, and I'd still watch burnley vs watford, but not when barca vs i m is on...

So current Code A invites would be Sjow, Slush, Ret, Idra, since Koreans can't get it, Huk is already code S and Naniwa already won Code A last MLG

Homestory Cup 3?

Dreamhack Summer 10?

Jetlag?

Both won by HuK, who flew from... Oh yeah, Korea.

He had an extremely lucky path through Dreamhack though. Would've gone quite different if he was facing Bomber instead of Moon, and even then Huk played kind of bad in the finals and just died when he didn't have Moon do retarded all-ins.

Omg... I don't even know where to begin.

zerg trick - #1 - make infestor... #2 - opponent types GG

use it while you still can, before the next patch comes

ROFL. Is that balance whine I smell? Infestors are good, but the game would not have been won if DRG had gone infestors instead of mutas. MVP was simply the superior player early and mid-game, and set-up a late-game that was impossible for DRG to keep up with economically.

I loved how after the 2nd game Mvp always had a second army at the natural to fend off counterattacks. This was like MKP games all over again. Once the game genie sees your trick, it's over.

Boxer in codeS would be terrible..we've all seen how he does in that tournament

It's also not true... If DRG wins the tournament, yet DRG places second, then BoxeR gets jack shit..
It appears I have been chosen.
