The problem is that seeded players are guaranteed to place at least 24th and earn seeding points for that position. Even if they don't win a single game. That doesn't really seem all that fair. You should only get placement points for results (that accumulate during the season) for winning matches. If you are seeded in pool play, and you don't win a single game, you shouldn't place 24th. You should place last among all those players who went 0-2 in both of their open bracket matches. | ||
