Alright, its truly time to stop whining. Stop caster bashing also. Be warned.

Glad to see Liquid tearing it up in the open bracket. Who is this guy that took out SixJax Major tho? ONEwbc1?! Never heard of him.

http://s3.majorleaguegaming.com/2011-anaheim-starcraft2-open.html#

Also, I had heard of Vile but my god he's been making his way through a tricky fucking bracket. Hasu, Destiny, and Fenix all are pretty fricken decent. I really hope we get to see QXC vs Rain and Jinro vs Choya (I still remember the first time those two battled, epic pwnage by Jinro, lol colossus range upgrade...)
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

Ohhh ok, thanks man. Then critical matches start at 21:00 GMT (+00:00) :D Nice!!

I know this is not for today, but does anyone know at roughly what time CEST the grand final will be played? I have about 30 hours to fix my sleep schedule so I don't miss it

The truth is, Yagami-kun, I suspect that you may in fact be Kira.

A lot of players in the "lesser" beat the professionals consistently, they just don't get the recognition they deserve. It's not unexpected or inherently bad, just unfortunate that there isn't enough room at the top ):

WBC is among one of them~

His name is Wannabecool and he was a somewhat popular streamer on TL for a little while. Really nice guy. I believe he played in the CSL for Univ of Illinois at UC and recently quit his job at a restaurant to game.

I wouldn't exactly call the players left in the open bracket amateure tho. Ganzi could go on to win the whole thing and Tyler, Jinro, QXC and Cruncher are some of the best foriegners we have. Choya is a pretty good player as well but Jinro should be able to take him out. There are some other big names still left on the winners side, and the losers side has Slayers_Alicia and EGDemuslim, along with our "personality zergs" and plenty more. There's LOTS of exciting stuff to watch here.

Not a single game has been played in the Open losers bracket? :[

Btw, look at the amount of protosses waiting for Alicia in bracket 7 (as seen on http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2011_MLG_Pro_Circuit/Anaheim/Open_Bracket_Losers )

Damn this tourney is really confusing for those who arent following it thoroughly.
Today (day 2) is just the open bracket games? Then Day 3 is the final day?

Read the OP.
It says Pool play after the Open bracket games.

His PvP isn't that bad, he dominated MC at the Super Tournament. But oh my god wouldn't it be hilarious if Xeris took him out? Lol.

Oh shit tho... He'll rematch with ToD assuming he gets that far... That's interesting.
