There are alot of options the zerg has to do the same amount of damage to workers, but none of them come out nearly as fast and they tend to be 'more fragile' (infestors or bane drops). That kind of pressure so early in the match just lends itself to mistakes down the road. a lot of it has to do with wall offs for early drone pressure to protoss or terran imagine the game if terran or protoss couldn't wall off it would pretty much be like a zvz | ||

I don't play zerg, but the build seems pretty powerful. It is really hard from our perspective to see whether the zergs are being outplayed or whether blue flame is ridiculous. Nobody can judge until it has been tested a bit more. It really looked as if (particularly vs MMA) that Ret knew it was coming both times and was trying new builds vs it (fast roaches, and then fast mutas). Obviously until it has been tested a bit more, it is hard to see how powerful it is in reality. Many things are powerful until people have developed the counter (such as 2-4rax timings like 5months ago). | ||
