There are a few that come to mind. Morrow, Sheth, Sen, Dimaga, Nerchio are all decent.
I'd say Sen is probably the best foreign Zerg right now.

there seems to be confusion: when i say morrow/haypro are worse than implied, i'm not saying they're worse than destiny. virtually any known zerg is better than destiny. i'm just saying they're overrated as hell.
