Holy shit! I tuned out after the second Byun vs. Bomber game last night, decided to check results today because I was like eh, there's no way Byun could win 3 in a row after that...
Needless to say, I shot myself in the foot and spoiled the surprise. Impressed by Byun, will watch the Vods today.
This also kind of goes to show how much better a Bo5 than a Bo3 is. Thinking back to various Bo5 comebacks - MKP vs MC, MMA vs MKP, and now, Byun vs Bomber, it's easy to see that a Bo3 would have resulted in people going, "Heh, MC/MKP/Bomber totally crushed MKP/MMA/Byun, they're obviously not even close to each other". But a Bo5 tells an entirely different story - that the players are indeed far closer than a Bo3 would indicate.

omygod another gsl for nestea. congratz to him but once again the finals will either be a nestea 4-0 sweep vs. byun or a zvz.. nestea is first 3 time gsl champion  woooooo!

im happy for hongun here and i agree for most of what your saying, but saying MC all in's every game and still does clearly shows you have not seen his macro or his recent games other than the one vs. hongun.. you saw him all in 4 gate alot in gsl3 and you assume thats what he does every game now. And btw, hongun was the one doing the all ins vs. MC, winning all the games with 4gate.
GOGO NESTEA/LOSIRA! i hope to not see a zvz finals but these two are my favorite and i hope one of them wins ^^

You misread him, he said Hongun is still a great player, not that MC still all-ins only

You should see him play Protoss. I think he's top 5 in that race (look for bleach or nexexcrement vods) He says Terran imba so he plays that but he's a brotoss first.

BO7 tells even more. That's why opening of this tournament is ridiculous with BO1s. And they have a whole month whereas other tounaments do not only more games but double elim in three days sometimes.

I guess Byun vs Nestea wouldn't be a bad finals. I like Losira, but I don't think I can put up with a ZvZ and I really don't like HongUn/

Really not impressed with Trickster today to be honest...
I really liked how he played out game 3, taking that decently timed 3rd and protecting it very well with a couple cannons, 2 zealots and a sentry on the ramp to FF if needed. Really cool since it's hard to take a 3rd on that map. And the annoying zealot rallies off 1 gate early on was nice to see too, killed a decent amount of lings, forced more, and even killed a queen!
But besides that he played very similarly almost every game... I like that he did change it up in game 5, but I don't like that he rushed DT and then rushed colossus right after that. Especially since Losira was bound to have an evo up (if not a quick lair) after Trickster went stargate 3 / 4 games before that, and that such heavy teching leaves yourself open like... well, you saw. I think seeing a very quick third from him and then doing either some blink play and/or HT tech followup would have been very effective in throwing Losira off and maintaining a good economy as well (but that's just me that might be a crappy build lol).
