- Your thoughts on making the round of 8? I have repeated victories then getting out early and now, I am in the round of 8 again. Since my opponent will be HongUn who is protoss, I will be able to prepare without much worry. My semifinal opponent will be a zerg. A lot of protosses are having a tough time against zerg opponents recently, so I will show them how it is done. My mind is already at the semi-finals. Should have let your mind be on your quarter final, just a little. | ||

I think that Hungun play really well. He did what he had to do, and did it well. He's one of the best guy in the SC2 scene, really manner and show great build with P also in the black 4gate vs all race era. (now seem that 4gate is still a build for PvP only) That said, MC was clearly out of his mind today... he played like a diamond P, made simple poor strategic decision.... and we all know how he can play instead. If he played at his 80% of his skill he still won that series 3-1 or 3-0 i think. I'm sayng that i Hongun is not good and don't deserve that win? NO. I'm just sayng that Hongun deserve the win, play ok (doing nothing special really other than what every Code S protoss must be able to do) but clearly today he play vs a mentally absent player... almost shocked by his first loss.. with his mind already in the Semifinals (in his dream we can say now). I hope MC learn to respect all his opponent and never be overconfident again vs everyone... almost half his loss are due to bad mind approach to the game... you know... 1 gate expand on xel naga tower when he scout a 2 rax push incoming or something like this... When he'll be able to handle that, he'll surely don't lose to hongun anymore. ;-) Sorry for bad english, try to explain that sayng that today MC play like a chobo doesn't mean the we have no respect for Hongun, and i hope that we'll still have a great series in the RO4. P.s.: I'm an MC fan but i think that Suicide Protoss would be his best nickname. ;-) | ||

Bomber lost pretty much every series in TvZ : 0-2 NesTea, 1-2 Moon (lolwut?) and his other games are old results in online cups and Zotac teamleagues... His only recent wins are bo1 against Line, Kyrix and CoCa, nothing enough to claim he has a "good tvz". Mvp, MKP, MMA and sC (and even TOP for that matter since he beat NesTea easily whereas Bomber couldn't) have better TvZ. Even DongRaeGu said it about the 3 "M" terrans Mvp, MKP and MMA. | ||

Retarded post... code A players may actually be stronger than code S in average, the format for promotion from A to S is not as bad as MLG point system but definitely favors the incumbent code S player over the up-and-comer code A player. | ||

Alright, go ahead and watch the Code A matches from January and we'll see who's the retarded one. Code S players are overall supreme. The mix consists of champions and consistent contenders. The same cannot be said about Code A, especially in the early days. --- Back on topic, TOP alone is clearly better than Bomber. TOP easily won vs Nestea while Bomber was destroyed. SC took DongRaeGu, arguably the best ZvT'er, to 4-3 matches, Bomber lost to Moon... Bomber's TvZ is really not that good and has no significant results to show for it. | ||
