Flippin' heck, MorroW v SeleCT was - hands down! - the best StarCraft II action I had seen in a little while. I can understand why people donated - makin' more of this good stuff happen. I will definitely pitch in once I get my monthly wages and all that good stuff.
Seriously though, I am amazed at the sheer amount of donations TB and d.Apollo mentioned at the end of today. Over $4,000 already?! You people rock! Hell, we people rock. SHOUTcraft Invitational so seriously is here to stay. Rock on you wild, wild tournament, you.
Here's hoping for more ballistic-grade action tomorrow, and cheering on the one, the only, the man of micro and macro, the Infested Terran - mouz.MorroW! *cheer*

great fun as always, keep it going!
thanks to all other viewers, the donators and of course Mr. Biscuit and dApollo!

This shows the pure passion that SC2 and eSports has. Only the fans could be this succeed and they've gone above and beyond. It's a milestone in terms of online tournaments and shows that big name tournaments and small prize pools are weaksauce compared to this.

Amazing tournament so far. It seems we crashed cynicalbrit.com.

I hope they only keep one tournament a month, adding to much stuff would take the epicness out of it imo. What happens when you do this is that Blizz then demands half your ad revenue so it would hurt the next tournament. I don't mind sacrificing my money for the VoDs on Youtube, that's fine, but it might make more sense to run more than one event so we can benefit more players at once.
Oh dident think they would take that much . However you might get 7k donation from this event alone + the money from ads, so its going to be hard to spend it all if people will just donate half of that for the next event as well, you might make more then 5k each time. XD Next tournament might get even more viewers since its going so well and its run so good.
You awesome btw.

I tuned out as soon as the last morrow v select game finished. I had planned to come back for the DDE vs Bling match. How come it wasn't played today? I assumed its because the previous games went so long. But does this mean tomorrow it will start earlier or will it just finish later tomorrow?

Back for just a second to say that all cash prizes for Day 1 have been awarded.
Nerchio - $100 SeleCT - $100 SaSe - $100 - Donated to Unicef by his Request (Tracking Code: 1972-1561-1-1432318-1846083)

I think there were some problems with DDE installing EU-client, bling getting a US-client at the internetthingy where he was and of course the time it is now. TB said they are probably starting sooner tomorrow, keep watching this thread for further information or TB's twitter account : http://twitter.com/#!/Totalbiscuit

Great games so far and amazing community response, though I do hope dBlinG and Sixjax DDE weren't watching, as personally I'd be terrified if I had to follow what I believe are 3 of the best Ro8 sets I've ever seen.
Holy shit, what are the semi's and finals going to be like!!!
