Yes, because scouting mass broodlords and switching all your barracks to techlab tech while being crammed in your main is a very simple task to do while controlling your army, map vision, and economy.
It's like 30 seconds for a techlab and 40 seconds for a ghost (in game time). 1:10 is a big deal in a game.
The only thing I can say is he should have gone ghosts much faster and stopped doing marine drops. Drops against a good player like NesTea who decides to go infestors is practically futile.

He definitely popularized it.

He wasn't trying to outplay Ensnare really, he was just doing the Destiny-esk turtle with infestors into unbeatable Broodlord/Infestor

Is the mineral boost / scan capacity of orbitals really worth a whole lost base, especially against zergling-based play? On crevasse your 3rd should never be a planetary, its easy to defend it anyway because its in the line of your reinforcements. On xel'naga you'd need a really good reason for it not being a planetary I think... Anyway, one reason I can see for not making planetaries on maps even where its exposed to counters, is that a planetary actually makes the command center MORE likely to die to the counter, because an orbital can lift off from banelings. On xelnaga I think the PF makes your center presence SO strong tho that it has to be made. Jinro, get out of your minislump and start owning some zergs. I need some inspiration fighting zergs on ladder I cry a bit whenever i watch zerg go infestor broodlord every game and win...

Zerg banks money in order to macro out the larvae all at once. Its not like the other races.

Nestea almost lost all his infestors to tanks there at one point.
After watching all these other leagues, GOMs SQ stream really is tough to watch.

Ensnare opening 1 rax CC, but he took but gases before the second depot - looking to tech quickly

I've been an Ensnare fan for such a long time now, the same way tastosis loves Clide i've been cheering for Ensnare to take a GSL. Beating Nestea from a 1-0 deficit now though seems maybe too hard

2 factories for Ensnare Nestea just droning like a madman

there are so many infestor plays... i think there is a player that is regarded as the 'founder' of infestor play in each battle.net region. Destiny for NA? mayb and Marps for Korean server...

I doubt anyone in Korea has heard of Destiny.

I think most zergs are figuring out how to use infestors now, not just Destiny.

Jesus with all the destiny talk, take it to fucking reddit.
Don't know why Wolf called mech for 2fact post expo, seems rather more likely he's just going blueflame and will swap back into standard marine/tank no?

BFH incoming for Ensnare, Nestea getting a fast third, Ensnare SO close to scouting but the scv is patroling just out of range

Nes Tea managed to make the switch from infestor ling to the "Zerg Deathball" of Corrupter Broodlord Infestor without ever being in danger. Meanwhile he was being dropped and pushed through the middle at the same time. And he looked safe the whole time.
That's why Nes tea is God.
Lots of people could've attempted it. The flawless execution derives from Nestea I agree. He played a defensive style with no mutas to snip drops, teching extremely fast yet took very little damage the entire time. That game was never even close.
