Wrong. Constructive critism doesn't mean that you add compliments with your complaints. It just means that you explain why it sucks instead of just saying "it sucks".

I have to say, kudos to NASL for this insane player lineup. Regardless of the outcome of this tournament, it's always a pleasure to watch koreans and foreigners participate in the same events.

In fairness you're just softening the blow. Thats not the same as constructive criticism. To construct upon something there has to be something wrong with it that requires the criticism.

People were saying it like your "constructive" example at first. But the problem kind of lasted for hours, and people understandably got pissed. While saying the games were good and stream was up is all nice and friendly, NASL doesn't decide how good the games are, and I'm sure they know when the stream is up and when it isn't.
