It feel like terran never holds an expo vs a high econ baneling bust (or at least it was like that for a while). But mysteriously nobody complains about that sucker. i honestly have no idea what you mean by high econ baneling bust since no one baneling busts anymore. they'll probably give to the runner up of code A i'd assume... since the format accounts for the possibility of runner up getting a free spot in code S when mlg winner rejects. The only problem is that if the winner of anaheim rejects then theres 2 spots

That's hella fucked up, and unfair in my opinion.
Kind of a slap in the face of all the players who weren't picked to be sent to MLG and who dropped in the Ro32 and Ro16, I'd especially feel bad for Ryung... What's that? You got to Ro16? lol, MMA lost in Ro32 and gets an up/down spot.
As much as I like MMA, I hope GOM doesn't do something like that.

The other way is perhaps banelings mines when the toss didnt even bother getting obs for his first push. Half the stalkers die even before they can use blink.

I'm just brainstorming since they did it for IEM. I was trying to think about what tournament they could do it for if they took the same approach. Huk won dreamhack so that doesn't really work. There weren't really any other "global" tournaments, though. Only MLG. And if they went with like the closest supertourney player, it would still be mma. idk. I guess we'll just have to wait and see

Runner up will get into Up/Down matches anyway. The two spots which is still uncertain is Rain's Up/Down spot and the MLG spot.
They would have to replace Rain to get 15 players in Up/Down.
They would also have to make sure the MLG seed actually can make it for the next Code S.
