you can set up in game macros that will do multiple things at once but not make macros that press buttons for you. just a tip but there are plenty of games they are allowed in and they are useful for other things as well. i know i like to use mine for launchin applications xD just press one button and bam sc2 opens up! other cool ways to use them would be like for your password just make a macro wher u type your password and bind it to a key so one press and whole password written out!

His play in the Starswars tournament says differently, he's the most consistent PvP in the world. Thus the best, just cause he lost to Alicia in the ST doesn't automatically dethrone him from that title.

Blizzard does not approve macroes that does the game for you, meaning pushing a sequence of buttons for you. In WoW though you have ingame macro's but you get very limited on keys on which to put them, then those extra keys are very useful. *From my 2expansions ago experience* .

They are. Blizzard don't really care what you do in WoW with macro, if they don't end up doing something illegal. There's even Multiboxing with one people controling 5 characters at the same time with a lot of complicated maccro keys, and blizzard don't care about it.

World of Warcraft has a build in macro feature. WoW is made so you can't do tons of things at once using "Global Cooldowns". You can make 1 macro in WoW to use 100 moves, but because of "Global cooldown" you can't use them all at once. Macros are definately legal in world of warcraft because there is a built in macro system for it. Even tournaments are allowed macros, because its part of the game. The ingame macro system for WoW is far superior, so no reason to use the keyboard for it, but it is definitely not illegal.
