If Thorzain won, it was because MC threw the game away by losing all those sentries to bad positions. MC won, so Thorzain threw the game away because well he lost all the troops after the engagement to some brilliant bait storm from MC. Take nothing away from Thorzain as he did play great, but I think MC was brilliant in his decision making and wrong-decision correcting, hence the worthy winner.

Thorzain's play seem worse than before, unfortunately. Not nearly as much harassment, very little risk-taking, and not fully exploiting the map. Still good micro and macro, still some decent engagements, but not the brilliance he displayed in TSL.

That sort of brilliance can only be expected if someone gets to prepare for maps and opponent specifically it's not so fair to him to keep comparing his TSL games to current tournament level. He isn't worse as a player just the factors from the tournament automatically make it so that it will be a bit worse.

Even though this is true, mc does not to play any worse. At least so it seems.

I think everybody are overreacting abit on MC getting back there... It was pretty much all ThorZaINs fault.. If he would've just pulled back after that fight he would've been in a good enough position to get map control and take a fourth, just a big blunder by him.

when MC makes a mistake -> Thorzain >>>>> MC!!!!

when thorzain makes a mistake -> bah.. he threw away the game

lol

You dont even understand what it is about...
Everyone talks about mc getting back into the game because he is god or something like that.
In reality it was Thorzain who ran down the ramp pretty much losing everything.
What was special about mc there? Just a mistake by thorzain... a pretty big one.

If MC doesn't pass the groupstages in the GSL when he comes back to Korea, I'm gonna cry myself to sleep.

Thanks for defending Thorzain against the haters. I am sure the GSL format will help bring out his brilliance!

Before GSL, let's hope his CTS get better.

It's ToD

Ty ty! God I love French accents. Also, it's like a game trying to guess who the casters since they keep changing almost every game :D

The mid-game build by MC was so interesting. Getting like 3 obs before colossi.

Learning your Protoss from MC is a bad idea imo. He does a lot of things that just don't work if you don't have god control.

MC 8-2 against Idra. stomped naniwa, and has the best pvp in the world, so vs huk I just feel sorry for him, MC's got this in the bag.

Huk has said that he usually wins vs MC when they practice so maybe Huk has better PvP than him.

I don't believe that to be true cuz huk said he hates pvp and MC is the best pvp in the world...link?

Thorzain is much better when he has prep time, ala TSL3 where he was amazing. he's a technical player, so these weekend tournaments aren't his strong suit. GSL style, many days prep for 1 opponent is where he shines
