Yeah I think the final area gives Moon an advantage, he has so much more extensive experience with these high-pressure, public situations from his experience in WC3. Not sure if it will be enough to take down HuK though.

Pretty torn in this final. Obviously I want HuK to win but I'm getting pretty sick of people talking about Moon like he's bad.... what the hell does he have to do to prove to you people that he's good? Pretty sure he's done MUCH better than most people here predicted in every single tournament...

I bet a lot of people figured July vs. Bomber would be the winners' final, not losers. I hope Huk vs. Moon gives us good games.

well one of the two games he won was on metalopolis which July just lost on vs Bomber.

Fair enough on that count but also they ooh and aah at the simplest things that Bomber does. I think there should be a balance of both players pros and cons. Tastosis do this a lot better than Day9, who I feel, can get over-excited over one player and completely ignore the other.

Terminus, Tal' Darim and Metalopolis. Moon played pretty well and he deserved the win imo.

By outplaying him.

Countered a fast 3 OC eco cheese @ TDA very well with a high eco blingbust followed by an insane macrogame, and he tried to go for a Roachdrop on Meta close air which he didn't need to use because Bomber tried a weird 2fac Marine/Tank-push, which Moon completely nullified by catching him unsieged. After that he dropped him and won.

It wasn't Crevasse, it was Terminus Re and Moon lost that game to cheese.

Agreed. And when moon wins there will probably be plenty of people saying he 'only beat Huk'. I've seen great games , dreamhack has been one of the most entertaining tournaments for me so far.

Yeah that's what surprised me, you'd expect July to be aggressive and he has been, for example, against Thorzain. But vs. Bomber he was just on his hind legs the whole time and the drops killed him.

Also Moon cheesed/allined each game and bomber played much wrse than in the games vs July (to much cutiestuff, non standard builds).
