Sadly after all this time with so many tournament threads it still is not clear to many users on this site. There are several types of posts that are not acceptable in tournament threads. Any form of:

Imbalance whine/Player bashing/Caster bashing/Stream complaining

Will result in two day to a week long bans even for first offenses. Please stick to the games at hand and enjoy yourselves with a beautiful event such as this and the free service that comes with it.

Yeah, it's a lot of PvP, but sorry, I can't control the future, only predict it.

4 for 4 so far!

Socke's ZvP was just as uninspired. Ooooh, I make DT's.

He played 3 completely different opener, especially Shakuras was so good by him.

What more do you expect?

6 different strats across 3 games.

ZvZ is really random/unpredictable. No doubt Sen is better than July at it but there's a lot of build order losses so July has a chance.

Whoa boy, let's not jump into conclusions here. Sen better than july?

July's much better than Sen, just not in ZvZ. July is too aggressive a player to do well in ZvZ, when ZvZ suits a turtle/defensive style.

I'm not sure that July is "much better" than Sen. He's much better in ZvT, but Sen's ZvP isn't significantly worse than July's.

Yeah he does, didn't he get the memo that you you need to pressure Protoss all game long and stop them getting the deathball.

I think he needs to adapt his game style , he is way to passive atm

Yeah, Zerg is plain and simply NOT the "Macro and build up" race that people thought it was. Sen, July, and others are showing that Zerg can be incredibly strong when used in a really aggressive style.

Sad to see people still use roach hydra, but I guess the DTs did a lot of damage.

Roach/hydra is viable if you are not negated with forcefields for 3 minutes.

Well Huks finally going to start facing some real competition now. He had a relatively easy group and faced probably the weakest first round opponent.

Let's see if he has improved his PvP against Socke. Socke doesn't exactly have an amazing PvP record either so it could be time for Huk to break out.

Huk always has strange tournament experiences... either has an easy road or a ridiculously difficult road... rarely gets something in the middle lol

His group was decent, not sure what this myth is about it being bad. I mean, maybe he just made the players look bad. Lalush in particular has been pretty good recently. Moon and Tarson aren't bad either.

The standard opening for zvz is trying to blow eachother up with banelings, very passive indeed

You clearly don't play Zerg. Defenders advantage is always massive in ZvZ so a guy like July who likes to spend most of the match in the other players base does not do well.

No, not really unless you're on creep, engaging at a wide area and your opponent doesn't have +5 collosus
