DHS2011 - Day 2 - Page 388
| Forum Index > StarCraft 2 Tournaments |
Sadly after all this time with so many tournament threads it still is not clear to many users on this site. There are several types of posts that are not acceptable in tournament threads. Any form of: Imbalance whine/Player bashing/Caster bashing/Stream complaining Will result in two day to a week long bans even for first offenses. Please stick to the games at hand and enjoy yourselves with a beautiful event such as this and the free service that comes with it.

Hehe jk, I just think that Nani is a bit better than Bratok. So I am afraid Bratoks chances are not that big

Pointing out the obvious here, but I'm pretty sure the guys who are saying "HuK is Korean" are not talking about HuK having his physical racial attributes changed, like some are straw-manning or implying. It's obviously his Korean playstyle, usage of builds, and training. How hard is that to comprehend? Why the hell is a player's nationality or physical race always being brought into an otherwise innocuous (albeit banal and hackneyed) discussion? Although, I suppose if people had typed "Korean playstyle" instead of "Korean," this thread would be about 30 pages less. Huk might play a Korean playstyle but anyone can play a Korean playstyle if they train on the KR server or tries to copy Korean players, which many top foreigners do. It's a meaningless statement so most people try to go further and argue about the training environment. But even in terms of the training environment, Huk isn't quite Korean, because at the end of the day, he's in TL, not oGs, and has played in Korea for all of six months, and not years and years like Koreans.
