I would say so, he is top 2 current player A team along with MVP to transfer over to Sc2. Hes actually pretty decent despite his mediocre showing in Gsl.

As for you InCa-NaDa analogy i remember a month back people were saying well Polt is 4-0 against MC but it's clearly MC who is the better player. Well considering recent results that is disputable now. My point here being that we can't judge who the better play is purely off prior performances and the ONLY measure is who won the series between the two players. Were QXC to have won he would have 100% deserved it, but as it was that honour went to DRG. I agree that the winner of any series deserves their win, regardless of previous performances. But still, to call someone a "better player" is not always a matter of opinion. Sometimes, it's rather difficult to tell - Polt vs. MC or even Polt vs. MMA would be a good example. A player's most recent performance is the best indication of how they're playing, but we can and must look at earlier results as well. The recent GSL Super Tournament Finals are a good example (spoiler ahead): + Show Spoiler [GSL Super Tournament Finals] + MMA showed some rather mediocre play. Yes, he probably would have taken games off of a player worse than Polt, but it was undeniable unimpressive. That doesn't mean he's a bad player, or that he's much worse than Polt (or even worse at all). When people say that they're glad DongRaeGu won because they think he is the better player, I think it's safe to say that they mean they would expect him to bring better games in the GSL. Even if qxc won, it would be unreasonable to expect the same level of performance from him that people expect from DRG. Winning one series just doesn't say enough about a player's ability to perform over time. Is one of these players just better or worse than the other? Maybe you don't like using such absolute terminology, but it's clear that one player has earned higher expectations than the other. I think it's fair to say that this player is better, to the best of our knowledge, and it's certainly reasonable for people want that player to advance on such grounds.
