I've been watching almost the whole day, what an awesome tournament :D

Not quite the excitement, atmosphere and audience of MLG Columbus (yet?) but sooo much Starcraft today and being able to chose between 5 streams with good casters and top level games for more than 13hours was totally sick. Never seen something like this in eSport so far!

Haven't any of you guys been in Moon's shoes, and played a guy who just won't GG, when you're tired and you just want the game to end, so you keep throwing units away, hoping he'll just quit already?

I totally understand why Moon played so sloppily at the end. It's frustrating as hell to play someone like that.

This isn't a random ladder game. People should stop bashing Tarson, he should stay in the game as long as he feels he has a chance, even a small one.

MC casting is easily the highlight of the tournament thus far, along with the July v Thorzain series.

Moon is very disappointing.

Grubby on the other hand showed that he is no worse than all the current European pro/semi-pro.
Time to show what everybody is expecting from him : that he has far more potential.

My biggest complaint about this DH is that there's no camera shots of anything but the casters. I didn't see a single player, no crowd/lan shots, or interviews. The quality of the streams is really great tho at least compared to mlg.

Which is strange comparing how awesome DH Invitational was at those.

Hopefully it'll be awesome during bracket play.

I have to give props to Tarson for fighting to the bitter end the last game.
It actually looked like he had the beginning of an impossible victory against Moon.

Then again Moon sucked.

Lol Moon sucks... so Tarson is worse? So he's shit?

Jeeze all this Tyler/Moon/Grubby hate today, it's so ridiculous.

Grubby is not a progamer caliber yet. He's good enough to take games off progamers but still isn't at that level. He's like Vibe and PainUser who are also decent players but really has no hope of winning any tournaments.

Tyler and Moon have great mechanics that would carry them far but seems to make the dumbest decisions in games and cause them to lose close games.

Moon would make a better protoss player. Zerg units die too fast for him to play with.

With that unit control he'd be in diamond as Protoss

I really doubt that, Moon would probably be an extremely strong protoss player, imo zerg needs to multitask a lot when using the type of unit composition moon mostly uses and his multitasking is what is really lacking, but as he tries to compensate for that he loses in his micro, that's the only way to explain how a player with one of the ultimate best micro in wc3 can play so sloppily.

YOU will see that at the playoffs. day9 has been streaming all day from his tent. For the playoffs they will move in to the main stage, dream arena extreme/orange. Dont worry, its only been day 1
