However, I do suggest to purchase them online, just so you don't have to wait in any long lines to purchase them at the door. Is it correct to assume that open tournament players are provided with computers to play on but can use their own mouse and keyboard? I plan to bring a laptop, is there wifi available at the event?

It seemed to me that only the invites to the pool play are excluded from the code A invites (but might get a code S spot). 1st place receives a code S spot, top three non invited Korean finishers receive a Code A spot

It seemed to me that only the invites to the pool play are excluded from the code A invites (but might get a code S spot). This is from the MLG page: Also on the line are three spots in GSL Code A, which will be awarded to the three highest-finishing players who do not currently have Code A status or higher and were not invited via the League Exchange Program. The highlighted part would indicate that Choya and Ganzi would be eligible for a Code A slot since they are not part of the exchange program but are going through other means and there is no Korean restriction in that sentence.
