We will be moderating harshly in this thread. Think twice before you post. Things we are watching for: image macros, balance whining, "eagles", player bashing etc. We encourage civil and reasoned critique of our moderation - please post it in the website feedback forum.

Please don't complain about MLG stream quality or MLG itself. They work very hard to provide you with an enjoyable service.

Enough with the racism discussions, this is a LR Thread. Cut it out.

No Mc will be up against IdrA and Ret/shlush will be up agianst Naniwa

Wow... the level of sheer idiocy in this post is really quite astounding.

Or trolling.

OK, OK, I think I have a better one.

Sorry, Thorzain. Can't play from the comfort of your home this time.

Thorzain has actually performed awesome. Lived up to his TSL-hype.

Edit: Plus Im pretty sure he has obtained a seed for the next MLG.

So IdrA and Naniwa have to win their matches, only to go on to face a Korean in the finals. I've never liked IdrA that much, but if he pulls out a win for the Americans I'll be a fan for life.

If ThorZain had won their first series 2-0 and then gone on to win the series, I can garuntee you that nobody would be complaining. All I'd read is "THORZAIN SO GUD" and shit like that. Double standards yo.

This isn't true at all. There was actually a poll and a big debate about extended series several MLG's ago, and a landslide majority thought the rule was not a good one. Please get your facts straight before you post mindless, uninformed nonsense.

The majority don't like extended series but the fanboyism for T-zain (and some select other players) here on TL can never be understated. I'd agree with the person you quoted (to an extent). If the roles were reversed, you'd see far, far less people complaining.
A sound mind in a sound body, is a short, but full description of a happy state in this World: he that has these two, has little more to wish for; and he that wants either of them, will be little the better for anything else.

yea thats like stupidiest comparison ever...

How is it? Regular season = Group stage. Finals = Championship Sunday. It's all one 'event'. It's exactly the same.

I will never use bing..

Screw you Micro$oft.

I'm sad Thorzain lost but it gives Idra a chance to 4-0 MC.

I dont understand you guys. MC beat Thorzain 4 times while thorzain won 2 games.

4>2

why doesnt that make sense?!??!?!?

Thorzain already got his punishment for losing 0-2 vs MC in the group stage. It made him place lower in the group and have to play his way through more players in the loser brackets. You shouldn't have to be punished twice for losing just because you happen to face a player you have previously played.

MC could've played differently if it was the scenario you stated and still probably won anyway.

Good thing going for Idra is that he will face a zerg, and ZvZ is his best matchup according to TLPD.

That sample size isn't close to as large as the other matchups and Idra has stated he is most confident in his ZvT.

And if you know you only need to win 2 games while your opponent need to win 4 games, I will play risky for the first few games and hope for an easy win. Most of you here need to learn to accept things. lose = lose win = win

It sucks that Thorzain is out, but what I really think is fucked up is that we didn't get to see a single proper game between those 2. I mean, they played what? 6 games against eachother? And we didn't get to see a single full Thorzain vs MC game.

Am I the only one who watched Thorzain vs MC yesterday?
