We will be moderating harshly in this thread. Think twice before you post. Things we are watching for: image macros, balance whining, "eagles", player bashing etc. We encourage civil and reasoned critique of our moderation - please post it in the website feedback forum.
Please don't complain about MLG stream quality or MLG itself. They work very hard to provide you with an enjoyable service.
Enough with the racism discussions, this is a LR Thread. Cut it out. -- updated 7:55 KST |

He's got a solid TvT, I'd favour him over Drewbie and Sjow for sure (they got automatic pool, Kawaii really earned his way into the championship bracket). I'd favour him against Moon too (T__T my favourite player), but yeah, a win vs July might be a reach. Getting there might be far enough to get into pool play in the future though, I'm not really sure... I saw AG.Axslaw against Kawaii in the EG Cup and I was unimpressed by Kawaii. He really needs to prove himself in this MLG.
1) Kawaii's worst matchup is TvP 2) Axslav is one hell of a player, totally underrated... personally I think he's the most underrated player in NA, I'd consider him a top 10 player in NA.

kiwikaki really didnt have a good tournament. I was expecting him to beat cruncher with ease.

so glad cruncher pulled through, gl next round !

Incontrol played really well. I really didn't anticipate such a good contest. Yeah, Select could have probably killed him at a couple of points but just played it safe instead, but Incontrol really beat back the aggression for a long time that game. That itself was a pretty impressive feat.
Select is so good.

Yeah, Kawaii played very good and he is quite far in this tourny, I am impressed by his play so far.

Select going to go on a massive run? He's down 2-0 to Thorzain already. Could happen. I'm not betting on it though. I think he lost 2-1.

Whats so funny? Collosus/phenix is great combination and with terran massing marauders and medivacs you can totaly roflstomp him with air play, last i check marauders didn't shoot air.

I dunno why more people don't use their stalkers to protect the ball from ghosts like MC. Because most people are not on MC's level. Inc mannered . Well it's not that hard, just requires using 2 control groups. Oh, nevermind. You say that, but how many control groups did Select use for his army? What about Boxer? His entire 1 army control group! then a second one for Ghosts *rolls eyes*
It is not about control groups, it is about positioning, control clicking is enough but you need good reflexes. If it was as easy as you think it is then why not do it?

Fuck. It's too hard to pick which game I want to watch next >_<.

it's almost like Incontrol is making an excuse for his own play where he says Select is in his head... because another way of putting that is simply that Select >> Incontrol... that is closer to the truth whether Incontrol admits it or not
