Some lag issues betw us and bnet. It's NOT bnet or us here. Its the public internet. If it gets worse, we'll flip over to backup line.

And people are going to blame MLG for this too. Well, it is not bnet's fault... LAN would still fix this issue (the internet there wouldn't have to do EVERY single series being played) Well that's not gonna happen. Events in EU and KR don't have lag issues, it's obviously on MLG's end.

Stop being stupid. They did, people were saying that MC lost due to him not bieng his best or he must have had lag, i dont see why people seem so set on seeing that Koreans are these unbeatable Gods with only one weakness the mighty LAG (2 in the case of losira, Lag and Keyboard ownage) Losira was SUPPLY BLOCKED for a MINUTE. Are you going to tell me he did this by accident? Are you going to speculate on something you don't know anything about? Typical. Fine. Then let's not speculate about anything. Since we know nothing that has happened or is happening at MLG, no point in commenting. Strawman some more, please. A win is a win.

I'm not saying he played well or he played poorly, because the results of that game had absolutely nothing to do with Incontrol at all. LosirA was supply blocked at 26 for about one full minute, and he was floating on 600 minerals for the first 10 minutes or so. It was ridiculous how terrible LosirA was playing. He was clearly on a tilt after all the keyboard and lag issues. He was probably fuming and raging internally at that point... any diamond-level opponent could've beaten him. Incontrol could've literally just A-moved units into LosirA's main and he would've won a lot sooner. At one point, LosirA had 800 minerals, supply blocked himself at 26, no overlords in queue, no tech other than a spawning pool, and exactly 4 zerglings out in the map. It was ridiculous. Well then he probably deserves to lose if he's that bad at handling his emotions after a simple keyboard malfuction. You wouldn't see Jaedong or Flash go on tilt like that. Agreed that LosirA definitely deserved to lose that game. But my point remains the same: Why the heck are fanboys drooling all over InControL for a supposedly "awesome" game #2? Even DJWheat and Day9 were going on and on about how well incontrol played, and completely ignoring the elephant in the room. They made exactly 1 mention of LosirA's poor play, and completely ignored the 1000 other mistakes LosirA made that game, or the fact that he was literally raging inside his booth in the closing minutes.

Honestly short of a terrorist attack at the events ISP headquarters, what escuse could they have. The main problem was the keyboard. The lag was annoying, but it didn't really break either player's game. Incontrol still played well in the second game even with lag.

There haven't been reports of widespread lag in the Open Bracket portion. It's just been unfortunate that we've seen a touch of lag lately. I'd almost think it is something to do with Day9/Wheat's computers.

What downtime? lag issues & hardware issues (Losira's keyboard) MLG has fixed a lot but they still haven't rectified the downtime created by players taking a long time to get all their set up and game settings where they want them to be. there's a reason why GSL has 4 booths and it's to greatly minimize the time needed to set up mouse, keyboard, and in-game settings
