he showed some amazing skill at the gamersearch, and honestly, the only thing lacking from him is publicity. People just dont know him yet. Tournaments like these really give opportunities for those kind of players. wouldn't you agree Totalbiscuit? as you were a caster at the gamersearch ^^

The player pool is looking very nice, I would personally like to see the last spots to go to Naniwa/Kas/Ret but considering the invites that we've seen so far there's no doubt that the field will be great. Slightly off-topic: You stated that we can support future tournaments by tuning into your stream and that you try to stream every day. Is there any sort of average hour that you are mostly found online or is it purely random?

When was the last time he showed any good games? Heck, I can think of 8-10 terrans to invite before inviting him... Looking forward to this TB! What kind of bull is this ;> DeMu is like rank 4 on the GM ladder in europe, which doesn't say like that much, but it does say something. Also, if you've seen him play lately in various shows, his play is still very impressive, name those 8-10 EU terrans that you would invite instead of him ;S.

Also, while I love mixed tournaments with both Koreans and foreigners from all over the place, I'm actually totally ok with that we get a EU only tournament. Let's face it, the majority of all large tournaments (except for like Dreamhack and IEM) takes place outside of EU, and considering the gigantic pool of good players EU has, comparatively few of them are able to attend these tournaments in a somewhat consistent fashion. A few tireless individuals are prone to appearing everywhere (hi Morrow) but overall logistics and Visa troubles kind of puts a limit to it. This helps shredding some light on the EU scene and we get to see somewhat rare sights like Nerchio and HasuObs (and I'm sure there are some more in store). Also, it'll be refreshing to see a tournament without random people bringing up the lag. To be honest, while the latency to SEA and Korea are bad, certain European locations aren't better off. Some ISP:s are downright abysmal. I for one can vouch for that.

Second, I have seen some games of him, and nothing that impress me much. Remember, I am comparing him to other pros, not a random diamond player. Looking through http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-international/players/1589_DeMusliM/games nothing impressive can be seen for the last 5 months (yes I know he hurt his hand being drunk and all). Terrans that impress me way more than Demuslim (not including T-Zain or non-EU players): Kas Sjow Happy Strelok Bratok Goody TLO DieStar On the top of my head, 8 at least.
