I would never call it Imbalanced, but once you hit a certain point in the game, when a protoss is on 3+ base, with upgrades, HT, collosi, I feel like the Terran player has to completely outclass the Toss to win. Like Boxer just did to Genius.

Not really, the only thing you need to focus on is just the ghosts landing mass EMP's, the rest is pretty much A-move (the stimmed marauders & vikings) - it really all just boils down to the EMP/Feedback battle, whichever wins that tends to win the war.
