As far as Orb goes, I guess it depends on the reason he's not showing. If he didn't show because he forgot I'll be pissed but if he has a valid reason then shit happens. It's not the GSL. You don't have backup when something unexpected happens. It's unfortunate but it's not the end of the world. | ||

Don't beat yourself up. You're disappointed, and understandably so. At the same time, you're offering a fun and interesting service to a lot of people for the low, low cost of free. Further, this wasn't your fault. This is on Orb. If a person makes a commitment, and then disappears without a word, it's on him, not you. | ||

I just want everyonne to know I was so upset because of 2 things 1: I HATE HATE HATE disappointing the fans. More then anything. You guys are awesome and my whole goal is to make you as happy as can be. Obviously I could not do this today. 2: I don't pre-screen games, I also like you all was DYING to see ForGG play. At the end of the day I am a fan as well and now I also have to wait another day. So we will continue on tomorrow one way or another. Just figuring out logistics at the moment. Sorry again, but I will make sure I make it up to you all ^^! | ||

It sucks that orb fell through like that (and hopefully everything's okay on his end!) but it sounds like you had no reason to believe he wasn't going to show, and you can't really do anything about that. I mean, sure, it sucks that the event had to get cancelled at the last minute like that, and there'll be people braying "b-but we wanted to watch xyz omgomgomg" but -- I'd rather see it properly produced and cast in a few days, rather than an impromptu rush job now. Especially since it'll be from replays anyway! Don't stress about it, just take your time and do it right <3 | ||
