Sure, but it should just be a mechanical thing that should take less than 1/5 second and should be drilled into them from every single game they play. Little things like that which take zero skill or decision making and is simply a mechanical thing that can't be forgotten because it's literally an immediate thing (which separates it from making SCVs or something which can be impacted by stress or focus on other things) should just be done every time.
