There is no light showing that there will ever be such an strategy though.. I think a strong counter would be a very turtle heavy style while building a huge tank count with marine and banshee support. Most people state that it's better to go pure bio with upgrades, but hellions really do seem underused as a core unit TvP, especially given how strong chargelots are against thors/tanks/bio. For any terrans out there, would stopping bio upgrades at 1/1 and then going for a lategame tank/hellion/ghost/viking mix be at all efficient? It's been tried a lot but never works consistently. FE into 1/1 into mass Thors used to be quite good but the Thor nerf kinda raped that.

I think at this point its probably safest (ie highest chance of winning) for toss players to go with 1 base all in plays - this fast expand stuff just isn't working at all anymore. even if Genius got a robo it would have done nothing to stop that, observer with an immortal or two is not going to stop a never ending line of roaches imo.
