Can't remember the players, I just know it was on crossfire. The Terran player was put into a disadvantage against Protoss and just goes all in with what he has. It made me realize a lot of people don't think about securing a solid position on the map so they can expand more safely and reinforce their inferior force more quickly at the middle of the map when the big battle eventually has to occur. The whole GSL experience will improve dramatically once players realize sometimes you can still win after being at a serious advantage because you played the map correctly instead of trying to rely on the big last ditch effort push. I'm really looking forward to learning more about Dongraegu and his match ups versus Z & P. IMO the best players have to have a very high win ration in same race match ups and they can be solid in the mixed race match ups. Also I'm wondering how long GUineapig will stick it out as random and if he gets enough experience to successfully macro with all three races to add to his pretty solid early/mid game pressure builds. | ||

I blame it on MMA setting a trap for himself (1-base play) because of sc2's volatility, he is on a completely different level than HuK pretty much like DRG, people that think otherwise are just in denial. | ||

And for those who "know it all" and say there have been many mistakes, specially on DRG´s part: pretty easy to analise a game AFTER it has happened [and still with some very shitty analisys BTW]. After DRG´s third was up and running and he popped mutas i was sure there was no way for MMA to comeback. And that insane comeback was much more due to MMA´s SICK hand targeting banes and insane boxer-like drops then to DRG´s bad decision-making or whatever. MANA VS NAAMA G3, NESTEA VS SCFOU G5, MKP VS KYRIX G5 AND NOW MMA VS DONGRAEGU G9 OF GSTL 03. These deserve the word EPIC to describe them. | ||
