Of course it makes sense if IPL wants to have NA EU SA residents only in the tournament, and I'm not complaining about that decision because it is their tournament. But the wording they currently have is not good, so I'm just hoping they can fix their wording so no confusion will arise in the future.
Also, I hope that IPL will allow internationals in the future ^_^

and LIVE in one of those regions is the important part. We're hoping to slowly expand the IPL in future seasons
