That statement is just as valid as the ones claiming the build is very hard to handle and morrow somehow revolutionized ZvP. Someone even claimed Naniwa played "flawless standard protoss style". Naniwa was very far behind when he did no pressure early and let morrow snipe/delay his nexus repeatedly. This style does have some promise, but good FFs, blink and HTs/colossi still seems good against it. Except he did pressure, he made Morrow throw up 2 spines and make 20lings. He even went right to the ramp and blocked it with FF's. And you can't move out early against Zerg anymore due to Roach/Ling, Nani moved out pretty much the very moment the timing is no longer a threat and even then I would say it is super risky because the Roach/Ling all-in that comes at 8:30min would have raped him. There wasn't much Nani could do to not get that Nexus delayed, there were too many lings, Morrow had to delay the Nexus after investing that much to not fall behind. | ||
