Quality games today!

I think Keen can be pretty proud, he lost to the better player but did take a game off him (no mean feat) and certainly didn't embarass himself.

Check out the number 2 tournament. It's basically all the 32 code A and 32 code S players playing in one tournament.

I'm disappointed you can find games like those boring.

Owell, I guess not everyone can appreciate some things.

There's a thread for it in the tournaments section, it's Code S and A combined in a 64-player tournament. Basically, it's the original GSL brought back.

@_@

Oh my...

That's so effing cool.

That's nothing new though. Code A Finals have been better then Code S Finals for... quite some time. =(

You know, I really, really don't like the combination of DoA and Moletrap. Believe it or not, I liked Doa + Kelly much better.

These two just don't have the chemistry, and make a lot of casting mistakes. Moletrap made a ton of mistakes in the Ghost game, as well as throughout they both continually mixed up MVP and Keen while casting. *sigh*

i think it's cause moletrap is kinda a dick, and DoA was clearly getting tired of being talked over, i also agree that i liked kelly and DoA more, it wasn't so much of a power struggle as it was today

Metagame has several different meanings, and one of them is thinking about what your opponents thinks you are thinking.

Yeah, Code A finals have been more fun to watch, but TvT is starting to run wild.

Yep totally agree.

Metacognition = to think about your own thinking.

Metagame = to think about the game, so when they say "The current metagame" they mean the current way of thinkign about strats / BO's / styles.

Mind game = tricking your opponent, has nothing to do with the metagame. Although if you know the metagame you can play mind games a lot better

metagame is actually knowing what your opponent thinks what you are thinking, not thinking what your opponent thinks you are thinking.

thats a lot of thinking.

I feel like the two most deserving players made it to the finals this time. Map improvements changed the balance of the game so much to the better.
