ro16 1700=5pm est which =2 pm pst

ro16 isn't showing up on TL's tourney events calandar. it should be placed there asap imo so more ppl know about this great tourney!

I know it is at 2pm pst and 5pm est, I was just pointing out that I think it is supposed to say 0600 kst instead of 0730.
