VTMrBitter needs no introduction. With his "12 weeks with the pros" series he has shot up in much-deserved popularity. He also streams his own coaching sessions with lower level players proving he can both learn and teach effectively.
As a relatively unknown plaer, x6Maker has taken on the challenge of defeating MrBitter. Will this underdog prove to be too much to handle? Find out tonight!

Maker is really good. I know some people might hate him for cheesing Idra yesterday, but watch his stream and you'll see what I'm talking about. His FPview really reminds me of a pro BW player.

I wish both players the best of luck for this showmatch, I am extremely excited to see this match. Both players deserve the spotlight and get the recognition they deserve. Maker is a extremely strong player and has been on the top of Masters/Grandmasters consistantly. He streams and plays many of games not only on his NA account but on EU,KR accounts as well. guys, it's a 84 29 GrandMasters player vs a 142 144 Masters player.. The skill gap is MASSIVE and it's just going to be a one sided series. I really like MrBitter and have nothing against him but this is just a terrible showmatch to put $75 towards....

I don't see this being as one sided as people are making it out to be- but I also wouldn't call Maker the underdog here... Bitterz does take games off a lot of top players, and he has top notch players to practice with.
I see the map pool, but what is the series? Is it a Bo7? Bo5?

yeah.... Maker is definitely not 'relatively unknown'. He's one of the top two players from Mexico (along with former ROOTkitty, now sixjaxTerran). Not only is that fact significant, but he's played vs a bunch of pros and always shown good results.
I don't even know who MrBitter is... Maker probly gonna take this pretty easily..

pay no mind to them, bitterz- he was responding to a troll- and in turn, his response seemed harsh... the only people who didn't know Maker was a top player were the ones who have never watched a top 50 player stream ladder before, or don't follow the scene at all...
btw, i think the reason they called Maker a relative unknown is because he didn't stream much- or he wasn't featured so people never saw him play- and he didn't participate in small community events... but what do i know, i'm just a spectator these days...

Reading comprehension is apparently difficult for you. First off, I do not know who Maker is, yes. However, I go on to say he seems impressive. This may be difficult for you to understand, but seeing him dominate MrBitter gives me a good first impression.
Second, how does "he isn't any good" translate to "he sucks." The original post claimed Maker was the underdog, so comments like this are to be expected. These are two different things. Bitter is actually quite mannered (in general), if 12 Weeks is any indication. In terms of being pro, I think Bitter has an honest self-perception and realizes that he, like 99.6% of us, isn't there yet.

Maker is one of the top two Terrans from Mexico, he has been on my team for quite sometime now and has proven himself with outstanding results on ladder and in team leagues. He has multiple accounts on NA,EU,KR and has been ranked at the highest level on them all. He is currently a top 10 Grandmaster Terran player and continues to impress. We used to be on Team rS, and have moved on and are now on CheckSix Gaming. Yes, because if you spend 3 months playing the game, and aren't winning GSL, you obviously are an embarrassment. Lots of unnecessarily dumb things being said in this thread. MrBitter was obviously a huge underdog this match, but at least took a game off of him, which is worthy of a little respect.

If you say someone is not any good, you are saying that he does not contain any 'goodness' whatsoever which of course means you are saying he is not good. Another way to say this is by saying 'he sucks' you should pay attention to what you type and how it is applied in the English language before you try to lecture me on it...
Second, you say 'Who is Maker, seems impressive' which is fine. I'm not criticizing you about that, I'm criticizing you about saying (whether you meant to say it or not, you said it..) that MrBitters sucks directly after saying some player you've never seen play before is pretty impressive, which ofc you discovered after watching him beat MrBitters. Then you continued to say it was no surprise that he beat MrBitters (following 'MrBitters isn't any good) which only further impies that you feel that MrBitters lost because he sucks.
If you honestly did not mean to say these things, that's fine, but you did say those things. Anyone who has studied English will be able to tell you that.
@ MrBitters, I wasn't saying that you were the actual favorite. In the OP of this topic, the author actually says that you are really good, that Maker is relatively unknown, and that he is obviously the underdog and will show whether or not he can handle you. The OP author was obviously unaware of the situation while writing it, but that's all I was referring to.
