One of the reasons GSL feels so intense is the consequences of losing are very immediate; if a player loses 3 games he's out. Everything is on the line in every game. The NASL has chosen a different format; each one has advantages and disadvantages and we have to be more careful of direct comparisons. For a tournament as long as this, a slow building tempo is a positive thing.

I am a subscriber to NASL -- when I go to www.nasl.tv/videos, I do not see the "one long video" thing that people are talking about. For instance, I'd like to watch the full Artosis vs. Sheth series. In the /Videos section, I click on the Artosis vs Sheth link and I get only the last game. Can someone advise me on this? Thanks. try checking now... when i go to the "videos" section i have every bo3 played so far

Did you get what you paid for? Hell yes. And they want your feedback. Give it to them and help them make things better. Asking for a refund will not get you what you want.

Yet it works fine at any other resolution. It does this only on my laptop, not my desktop. Both have same versions of firefox, though my desktop is windows 7 and my laptop is xp. Any ideas as to why it does that? Is there a coder I need to reinstall? I had a similar issue and disabling the hardware acceleration in the Flash settings helped for me. Also try updating graphic drivers. I think i read somewhere that there is a problem with the newest Flash version and some ATI graphic cards.

Strelok got a W.O, Nani asked for a postponement/rest period before the match because he'd been traveling, Strelok and his manager agreed to wait. Nani unfortunately wasn't in the player channel and didn't get a message from the NASL about the updated situation. At the same time he was laddering (to warm up or w/e pre-match perhaps, doubt anyone knows really?) which the NASL staff were taken aback by, and so they went to the Mouz manager to ask if they wanted the win, and they understandably took it. After the decision they called the Dignitas manager who felt the decision was fine, but due to the issues with communication Nani remains at 0-0 (rather than 0-2 presumably) and won't be fined at all.

Such a shame; this and the July/White-Ra game puts a bit of a damper on the opening games. Luckily there is just SO MUCH MORE SC2 to happen ![]()

They were shocked to see a SC2 pro laddering? Did they wait around for 4 hours for someone they had no contact with? At least Naniwa was online, but they still offer the walkover?

He asks for some rest time and is given it only to have it reversed into a free win against him??? Sure he would rather play than forfeit, even if hes not playing at 100%.
