Pro players know timings of things such as dt rushes etc. They know when certain attacks should be incoming

gretorp has ruthless verbal diarrhea Maybe he should take a break and let diggity and khaldor cast a game?? ^.^

Because he isn't planning to get gas at his natural!
Edit: Also it helps protect the worker line against many different counter-attacks.

I'm sure Ensnare, being on a team with so many great Protoss players, knows the exact timings of a DT rush and plans to account for it.

In game 1 I also noticed he was supply blocked around 75 or so for a long time (during Ensnare's push) and he was immediately able to jump up to 90 once he got around to making pylons.
I guess he forgets pylons when the pressure is on? Not sure, I don't watch incontrol play often tbh.

ensnare scouted no expo. at 6:30 might have seen few units but not sure.
if toss does not have an expo at that time, he probably figured there will be chance of DT rush.
I do this all the time as well as T.

that turret is totally standard with that 1 racks expand, no idea why incontrol went for dts

He knows the timing for a DT rush and that build is a really strong counter to what Ensare was doing. I'm not sure what Ensare actually saw in Geoff's base but when you do something like 1 rax expand you have to cover your bases or you lose to silly shit like DTs.

Game 3: iNcontroL 1 - 1 Ensnare on Tal'Darim Altar
iNcontroL: 1 o'clock Ensnare: 7 o'clock

Screw it, back on topic. I do not really like the DT rush as I think against terran it is one of the weakest cheese against a race that is naturally strong against it.

Well, he does work for NASL and they had a computer or two in the corner of their production room that didn't look like they were in use(from the NASL studio preview vid).
Who's to say InControl wasn't in the studio when he played and accidentally overheard the casters?

I do not mind Gretorp yelling and being excited, I am sure he will break that habit quickly. But I am a little worried about the way he emphasises words seemingly at random...
