I don't see how they can look good with it and it's just not appealing to watching morrow win that game just because of lag(i mean he might've taken the game anyway, but rainbow lost simply because of the lag). Wasn't the lag fine during Moon vs Grubby? I didn't see that game.

I enjoyed the casting, the quality of the matches was pretty great, yes there was lag in the last game but hey technology is the vehicle...u know the rest. Overall a big success in my opinion, after so much hype about NASL i feel they are delivering. Keep up the good work and bring on more great SC2.

The video was very nice. I am glad I bought it but I hope the VODs deliver also as no one can watch all these games 5 nights a week. I think Artosis' get more ahead destroyed him tonight. Hiding in his base as toss will never win against zerg. Finally, Rainbow game was terrible. I was like well that really sucks and then you said he was embarrassed and I think that was out of line. It was obvious lag issue and I guarantee you when asked by his buddies how the game went, he told them he lost cuz he lagged to hell.

The commercial free HQ stream and VODs are included in the ticket, which is $25. It's a lot more than GSL, but it's also three months of content. You can also get a $5 version of the ticket, but that is only for a single week.

You're entitled to your opinion. Even if it's wrong ![]() The production quality was quite high for a first day of the event. Music and sound level normalization are my biggest gripes production wise. The commentary I was half a fan of and I hope they improve with time. I can watch this live and I can't stream at anything above 480p due to my shit internet connection so I am unsure if I'll buy a ticket for this or not. (I can't watch GSL live most days so I buy the ticket for the VoDs).

I don't think it's a leap to say that the overall level of play exhibited in day 1 of this tournament (and all of TSL3 so far) is not of the caliber we see in the GSL's. Considering that many of the same pros are present in all, lag seems to be the most likely culprit. Also, was Artosis in Korea when he played his match? It might explain, in part, why he was so passive (remember Slayers Boxer was saying that he felt like he had to play macro games in TSL because the lag made it too difficult to micro well).

I have a feeling that if the TSL was similarly recorded live and broadcast later people wouldn't have been so quick to dismiss it. That's the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this game - just how much of a factor KR-NA lag plays in TSL games. Morrow seemed to at least have consistency latency coming from EU. I initially thought everyone must be exaggerating about the the lag issue in TSL. But this really shows why the koreans + Jinro and Haypro all looked really off during their TSL games.

Dont want to make this thread into a lag issue discussion but yeah TSL was casted from replay which will remove and lag symtoms for the viewer and NASL casted live which showed us a lot.

So where you got that from is interesting. Just look up jinro's builds. Rainbow lost the series because Morrow's all ins worked just like they did vs jinro. I don't think i'll watch morrow zvt's anymore as everytime I watch him he just does a 2 base all in and for some reason terrans don't defend properly i must be bad luck for them terrans ![]() all the games today weren't bad, moon vs grubby was all right, but tlo vs vibe game 1 was really good. Was good stuff tomorrow should be awesome ^_^
