I dont believe at any point State really showed that he stud a chance or had the upper hand. It safe to say that in this series, Avilo clearly showed that he is the better played. If it was possibly 4-3, a best of 3 or a best of 5, then it hard to say but it was a best of 7. So isnt the point of a series is to show place skill? I think a lot of skills was shown tonight by both player but Avilo clearly showed he is the better player.

And with all the hate on Avilo I'm sure he prepared for this match way harder than Ryan.

It was obvious state didn't know how to play against mech and as good of a player as he is, you can't argue against a 4-0 sweep.

Well either way there no real reason to argue since you seem pretty bias in your decision. Either way, I am just giving up this silly arguement. GG to both player and i wish to see GoOdy next week . ![]() EDIT: Also, the TLO and Incotrol thing....well that is why this is a bo7 and not a bo3

Why don't you just stick to what you know rather than making up a bunch of BS excuses as to why Avilo All Killed State? Avilo did state that his mech terran vs toss is catching up to how well his TvT is. Anyway, lot's of protoss's think that mech isn't viable but there are a lot of tosses in ladder who honestly don't know how to deal with it either. Ppl acuse avilo of being a turtling terran but what it actualy is, is that it takes quite a lot to out play a protoss for example the constant hellion harrass, the timing pushes, etc etc. A terran can't just turtle to 200/200 and win without any harrassment, mech simply wouldn't work that way against a strong protoss

TLO is inconsistent since he left Korea. Avilo was in a comfortable dominant position every single game regardless of what State did. State got outplayed hard enough for anyone to say that unless State was playing under some completely horrible circumstances Avilo is the better player. And that's fair because he's pretty damn good.

Preparation is also factored into how good a player is, so Avilo is the better man in this respect as well. And btw, did you even watch the games? Avilo DOMINATED state, he had no answer for his blue flame hellions AT ALL, he got owned. Haters gonna hate, go Avilo!

He just said Avilo's TvP is not as bad as people think, and that Avilo did have a chance of winning (rather than your statement that Avilo won't win). p.s. i<3state since the stra days so don't think I'm a crazy Avilo fanboy :s

Congrats to Avilo btw, haters gonna hate. And yes Terranist, Minigun can come back whenever he likes, he just needs to contact us beforehand... We've already been in contact with him and he won't be joining us this week.
