Whats up with nada, he doesnt even build scvs non stop, why would you leave out scvs if you obviously cannot go for a timing attack since Kas has siege mode already?

Realistically, any foreigner would have a hard time getting through the Code A qualifiers if they did go to Korea to try to play in the GSL. Not because foreigners are bad, but because the Code A qualifiers are so damn competitive. Look at STBomber - he 8-2'd WhiteRa, and he failed to qualify so many times.

its amazing to me how often NaDa (and AdelScott for that matter) got supply blocked in every single game!
seems like their play is really sloppy at times.

Thankfully Blizzard made a good move with SC2. Its more focused on strategy and "special tactics" (couldnt resist) than on pure mindless macro mechanics. Thanks to this the gap between KR and rest of the world got smaller.
Another thing is the amount of tournaments in KR compared to EU and NA (well Kas doesnt play much on NA due to well known reasons). Western guys have a lot more tournaments that train its participants in making fast decisions. You have to face like 100 different styles by playing one tournament which helps them to cope with every change of playstyle. Looking at the Korean players they usually follow one style during a series of games which doesnt change much. This also make it easier to train to play vs them. On the other hand if korean player wants to prepare to face his eu or na opponent he is rather screwed. He can get lots of replays but that doesnt help much - lots of different styles even on the same MU.

Too sum it up. Ex BW korean pros have a bit advantage with their mechanics but they have also a big weakness - that is perfecting a build order to fight versus a opponent not knowing which style he would choose to play.

NaDa was placed up against a large number of terrans. So many, that for a while, people thought GOM was fixing him up against TvT like boxer to generate hype.

I don't remember a single TvZ game from him, but I do remember boxer/jinro/TLO games I think.
