Yeah, literally speaking it doesn't make him American. However, if you've been here since BW, you'd know that in terms of the sc community, we always based someone as a korean or a foreigner depending on where they spent their time practicing. For instance, towards the end of the BW scene for foreigners, idrA was not considered American or a foreigner by sc standards, since he had spent years training in Korea.
