I just got home and I haven't seen ANY of these games. Is there a thread where the results of each of the matches have been posted? I really want to see where everyone stands right now.

I think everyone should believe the exact OPPOSITE of what Idra says:

- I will advance as top seed (lol, NOPE!)
- ROOT Gaming is mediocre (LULZIES)

I think you're on to something:

- July is bad (July 4-killed in the GSLWC team game)
- NonY/Tyler is terrible (Tyler beat him 4-1)
- If MorroW played zerg he'd be a gold league level player (Morrow became one of the best zergs in the world)

Would just be harmless and amusing if there weren't 100 Idra fans parroting and arguing for everything he says. Such short memories. :\

Having a short memory is far better then having a cloudy memory. You completely make up quotes like 'Morrow will be gold level' he never said that. He never said July is bad but his 50-60 drone strat is fragile and he would get stompd by MC. Woops he did get stomped. Tyler is prob easily his biggest rival and their good freinds. See's him as one of the top players.

Now can anyone point me to what page where there is LR discussion of Kiwi vs Idra? Or maybe a quick wrap up of the strats used.

*Edit* Nevermind a good explanation of the game a few posts back:D

Why are we harping on people for having personality and the willingness to speak their mind? If everyone was super politically correct and just complimented everyone else the SC2 scene would be so boring and drama free. IdrA is genuine, he doesn't bullshit around and will say what he believes. Watching a badass like Idra or MC call out their opponents is what makes esports entertaining for me.

I think people take what IdrA says way 2 serious.

IdrA included. That guy is pretty intense and I think it is awesome. It makes for great drama whether he is right or wrong...though the wrong is perhaps a bit more fun at times.

I really enjoyed the IdrA v Kiwi games. No one was outclassed there, just some great play and I'm hoping they meet again many times. Although he is the number one seed it seemed like Kiwi was the underdog? Perhaps that will not be the case anymore.

Also, it is entirely possible that IdrA understands the format for this tourney and is 'saving' some things for when there is more on the line. He is a smart guy who doesn't afraid of anything.

I kind of regret actually going to this instead of watching it online. If you go, you MIGHT get to hear commentary if you are lucky. I tried telling the sound dude to turn it up but I got kicked out of backstage lol
