When Zeerax had all those Phoenixes, he could have ignored the single spore crawler and taken out tens of drones very fast. But he just hovered them there. The charged void ray didn't even try and target the spore crawler. If he'd had 2-3 voids instead of so many phoenixes then ALL the queens and spores would have been useless. | ||

Zeerax put way too much into his air play that, while it could do damange, wasn't gonna win him the game. Zeerax did SO much damage with the voids/pheonix that i thought for sure he would win, until i saw his money have the hydras came out.. up at like ~1700 or something on 2 base?? pretty horrible macro. not to put down mondragons play (which was pretty amazing) but if zeerax had spent his money correctly and not thrown away like 3 colossus it might have been a different story | ||

 Also lol, take that, people who thought the counter to air was anything that can shoot air. Day9 gets proven again, it's not units that need to be countered, it's strategies. And the best one is still "just go fkin kill him". Loved it. | ||
