Hyper Crew is proud to announce our most competitive series yet, the weekly Clash for the Cache showmatch! Clash for the Cache is a king of the hill style series with a twist. Each week two players will square off in a best of 7 series; however, players will have to win two weeks in a row to take home the cash prize. The prize pool will continue to grow, as each time a previous winner is defeated the current prize will be contributed to the next week's match.
Current Prize: Invite back next week to play for $100
Stream: This weekly event is organized, sponsored, and cast by www.HyperCrew.com. Live commentary will be provided by Zyori and Janitor on the Hyper Crew Stream.

Be sure and tell your friends about this. We've got some great players lined up. Gonna be a really fantastic series of games! It's gonna be every Thursday at 8 PM EST :-)
Haha, desert oasis still feeling hate and love from both sides... Hope you guys tune in! Keep it up on the predictions! These players really appreciate the support.
Unfortunately PainUser can not make it this week. He has been replaced by Fenix for week 1 of Clash for the Cache. OP has been updated accordingly, along with a new poll.
Sorry for the confusion.. thread title is now misleading
I really like the setup for this KOTH but holy shit this is one of the worst map pools ever. DO hasn't been played in almost half a year and very few people like Slag and BG.
I think Fenix is going to take this 4-2 despite not being in the best form lately.
It's hard to say... They are both very good. I'd say skill wise Minigun would have the edge. They are both very cool and likable people, so hopefully they both play really well.
Fenix's PvT record is only just above 40% and he's 0-10 in his last 10 vP before this showmatch, not sure it's going to end very favourably for him. I kinda hope he just plays some standard bio rather than trying his mech mixes :/
- stream, very good quality & quick VODs - good casters, eager to quickly implement the new features in their cast. Sometimes a bit overeager, still keep production up most of the time. Tough to obs & cast at the same time though. - solid play from minigun!
thanks for brining this to us! looking forward to next week.

Haha and I had even predicted 4-2 or 4-3 in Minigun's favor... I guess my desire for more/ closer matches made it too hard to make a more extreme prediction.
Root is just so damn good in general, and Minigun's always a consistent contender. gg wp
