No you are right, but complaining doesn't mean you are bad at that match up and I don't think he's bad at it, but his games today just weren't that great.

morrow generally has 2 strats
xel naga when protoss 3gate expo he goes mass roach + few hydra and forgets there is hive tech and loses on bigger maps when protoss forge expand he all in with his cancel hatch and roach bust so far,
morrow im not impressed

Really happy to see Grubby do so well in this.
I wasn't expecting anything but a 3-0 against Kas though, but the future seems bright for Grubby

Wow, nice by Grubby. Really surprised by him placing so high in this, beating amazing playeres to boot.

All you guys that say Grubby is playing "1, 2 or 3 month" its not true. He is playing since beta, but he was still playing and preparing for Warcraft 3 tournaments so he didn't fully play Sc2 all the time. He does since this year - but hell its just not true that he's only playing 4 month-_- I understand you envy his talent, but Grubby said that he only played a few games in beta. He had a showmatch vs a korean player and that's all. I really doubt he played more than ~300 games until 3 months ago. he actually did, Rotterdam mentioned multiple times they've played together during beta and that he had 200+ laddergames
Be that as it may, he's been improving so fast it's scary. Just look at his games from 2-3 months ago compared to this tournament, it's a world of difference. I can't wait to see more of his play.

well played by Grubby, but MorroW dissapointed me

i know u were kidding but im more frustrated by morrow playstyle, all zergs cry (i play zerg too btw) and i can see why (sometimes), yet morrow is still 2-3 months behind to fully understand his match ups, and he cant just go "oh he is protoss, i do whatever i like and cry later".

The thing that gets me is that Grubby is playing Protoss the way Toss were playing it 2/3 Months ago, and Morrow was smashing face back then, but hes crumbling to the exact same style of play...
I hope Zergs figure this match out soon, because this is getting hard to watch.
I think Morrow posted on the forums that he has tried many ZvP styles but he found the one where he hits 200/200 and hits Protoss as hard as he can whilst they are getting their third the best, but it just doesn't seem to be working out...
Maybe he might have to follow LosirA's footsteps and go the Infestor/Bane route >< This is like watching PvT during the GSL in January where toss had like a 23% win rate over 50~ games, so brutal

Feel rly bad for morrow. He himself stating that he practiced the matchup(zvp) almost exclusively the past weeks, also with some of the best practice partners he can have (naniwa and hasuobs). All that seems in vain today, hope he keeps himself together after today.

Ret is really out of shape now. I doubt he can win Grubby.

I think there are lots of good dutch players. DaBoO and Servyoa are also good.

It's not like it takes a year to reach that skill level especially if u have already some RTS experience and u are naturally skilled player.
