NA looks grim as well considering qxc has just won a tl open not so long ago. Well it should be obvious, korea is where the money is at. So the best of the best move there to try and make a living. I don't think anyone thinks that the quality of the average tournament player in Korea is the same as in US/EU. Simply put, the best competition is in Korea, so that's where the best players go to compete. Korean SC > the rest of the worlds SC. Is this such breaking news? I thought it was pretty obvious.

Also jinro.....The players that could compete with the koreans.....are playing in the same league as the koreans. This should be pretty obvious. I'm talking Korean based vs non-Korean based there, rather than Koreans vs non-Koreans. I'm sure Jinro could have come over and stomped on the top Euro/American based players just as bad. Like I said in a previous post, 5 people have come to this event from Korea and so far they're 14-0 in series and 28-3 in maps against non-Korean based players. It's looking increasingly difficult for players to compete with those benefiting from the Korean training environment unless they're experiencing it themselves.
