No, the two winners of each group face off in the semis, while 2nd in both groups play against the 3rd's in the opposite group, and then the winners of those quarter finals play in the semis.

I am a little disappointed so far. I've been watching a lot of GSL games in the past few days and the quality of play is just so much better.
Korean players have everyday coaching, good practise partners and so on. Euros sitting alone at home and laddering a bit every day aren't going to compete with that.
