This.
Beastyqt could make for a good match, but I think SeleCT is the superior wolf here. Aristeo is a 2v2 player who actually played Zerg, apparently he likes Protoss now. Kas plays a ton and is in my opinion the strongest of his team, KiLLeR appears to be overly aggressive at times. SjoW should take the last match pretty easily.

kinda bad seeds for empire imo, since their best player is matched up against dignatas arguably weakest player.
3-1 dignitas

Technically... its better to match your best against the other team's worst player , this guarantees you a win. If you match up Kas vs Select for example, although Kas could take down Select, his odds of winning are 50/50 at best. Then Killer will play vs a weaker player and have >50% chance at winning. A 1-3 loss could turn into an 0-4 because of this.
It's probably the best draw Empire could have hoped for actually ~_~!! Beastyqt is outmatched, but he can pull an upset. ZvP is not bad on Blistering, if Aristeo wants to do some big allin, or defends a hard 4 gate from Naniwa he might have a chance... and Krolu vs SjoW is a PvT... but SjoW is pretty monstrous.
If Empire gets lucky, they can actually win this I think ~_~

Not bad draws at all for Empire, but Dignitas should be too strong.
Nani's PvP has been sick lately so I'd expect him to pull through even if the match up can be coinflippy, SeleCT should be too much for BeastyQT, and even if Sjow's TvP seems like his weakest match up I'd presume he'll take down Krolu.
Poor Killer gets the short end of the stick again with Kas, but it's scrap so it should still be an interesting game.

Aristeo is Zerg, sorry ~~:

Any word on why Bly isn't playing?

Only Kas has a shot but even then it's 50/50.

that was amazing, being able to defend despite 4 void rays coming out
|
SeleCT why so good? Please win the next TSL qualifier, it would be a huge loss to not see you in TSL

XelNaga Caverns is the next map, Select top right Krolu bot left

Not sending Kas? Ridiculous.

Man, great play by SeleCT. Really hope he can make it into the TSL

I'm really glad that Sjow was a good sport and decided to let the games continue. That led to a very exciting ace match. Maybe it wasn't the best choice, and it gave Empire the chance to win, but as a fan, I will always prefer to see the games played than to have a team win by forfeit. Props to Xeris as well for giving the Sjow the option and not just shutting it all down.

Something like:
At first there weren't many dignitas players on, then there weren't many empire players on either.
Kas was completely awol so they delayed while they found a replacement halfway through.
Then Krolu was like an hour late for the fourth match, Sjow was offered a walkover if he wanted (which would have given dignitas the win) but was very manner and waited on it...
...after all that Krolu won with his 3gate proxy void rays build so they went to an ace match (which was also delayed due to players not being there =p) that SeleCT took comfortably 2-0

I have to agree with the props to SjoW for going thru with the game even after being offered a default win. I think everyone that watched enjoyed the games which were played after that and I'm sure that winning by actually beating the other team and not by default is the sweeter victory

Go Dignitas!!!
