The best two teams in an AK format are facing each other while the two crappiest teams play in the other quarterfinal. No offense to Slayers or ZeNex, but they just don't house the talent the other six teams have. Yes, I know, they did well in Zotac, but it was a smaller tournament, MVP/NesTea and some others didn't play, and I think it would be a miracle if either team made it to the finals. Could be fun seeing some new faces, though. Also I have no clue if TL/OGS are together as a team, but probably not. Tastosis said they were yesterday, but they also didn't know about Choya's ban from the tournament. If they were allowed, the top four for OGS would be MC, Jinro, Inca, and then probably Nada or TOP. | ||

oGs 4-3 IM ZeNEX has a lot of depth, but no real ace player. SlayerS has the worse overall lineup, but BoxeR has the potential to All-Kill ZeNEX. ZeNEX will need Kyrix or another Zerg to knock out BoxeR as TvZ appears to be his weakest matchup. ZeNEX's depth got them far in the Zotac Team Invitational, and I think they'll take down SlayerS ZeNEX 4-2 SlayerS | ||

That means this isn't a test of teams but of who has the best 1 or 2 players since they can completely carry with this format. GSL dropped the ball imo. | ||
