Hey, you guys did a good job with both the Quebec Lan and last WCG so I have faith in yall.
P.S. 420 anyone ?

GoGo desRow fighting!! This should be a great tourney. I will be excited to see the outcome.

Still unsure. I live literally diagonal from ETS (I'm in the new condos they put up, near that Metro supermarket!), so BYOC usually isn't a problem for me, it's just the fee!
Nonetheless, I'll try and inform the Concordia Starcraft Community about it try and get some of the members to sign up!
TT1, I'mma be on the lookout for you bro!
P.S: do you guys have any commentators or streamers? I'd love to contribute in some way or fashion!

I believe the Admin crew for sc2qc has French stream up for semis/finals. Something in English would be more appropriate for the team liquid audience. Contact them, the more the merrier

So I'm conveniently going to be in Montreal that weekend, but won't be able to bring my computer or have time to compete. Are spectators allowed?
|
Yes spectators are allowed for free.
Btw, last day to get the $45 reduced price. Register NOW! Only 120 spots left for the whole LAN

You don't mean the Lowney right? I didn't know there were new condos in front of ETS.
I'll be meeting a friend tonight (6pm) at the sports room of phase 5 of the lowney, we'll discuss some 3RR and protoss response while running, if any of you lives there!
And I'll definitely be there as a spectator!

Awesome! I will definitely be attending as a spectator!

Yes we can (Obama style). You can choose your place after buying your ticket (I think mine is directly in front of Kiwikakis', time to steal some build :F).

Thanks for the info ! See you there

It will be fun playing in my home city glad to see montrealers stepping up to the plate and bringing this event once again - was not able to participate in the last one - now I get to meet all the Montreal players!

Hey Torte, lol - I didn't get your PM unless you sent it somewhere else but nspace is at Concordia Full-Time so haven't really been in touch with him since New Years. He missed my birthday that bastard

Hey dude! I didn't toss you a p.m, but now I'm thinking I should. Speaking of NSpace, I just passed him this morning as he got out of a taxi to go to class, not sure why I didn't tap him on the shoulder. He's been an in and out member of our's here at the CSC (Concordia Starcraft Community).
While I have you reading this: where's AlexCMoi? Thought for sure he'd come.
Anyways, cheers. I'll be looking out for ya; There's a possibility I might be casting (I really hope so), so if you got any tips or ideas, let me know!

Would love to see some Concordia's student doing some shoutcast for the english viewers (Torte/Nirano, I support you :D ).
Btw, we have to bring our computer, but can we play with all day long and leave the place for the night ? I don't see myself sleeping there (Living in Laval, don't want to bring 10 tons of stuff for 2 days), or leaving my computer while I'm away.
|
Don't worry about leaving your computer. There are a lot of security for the LAN and most of players leave everything there anyway.
Also, you can leave the place for the night. Thats exactly what i'll do and have done in previous editions.
|
Who do we get in touch with about covering this event?

More than welcome to leave your PC at my place man. Literally diagonal from ETS :3 If the LANETS guys need my condo for storing or something, let me know as well!
Haha, thanks for the support by the way!
